spa etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to fully enjoy your

service. To ensure your relaxation and that of others, please make

proper childcare arrangements before your appointment, as our

environment is not suitable for babies and children. We ask that you

kindly provide 24 hour cancellation notice. A 20% deposit is required

for two or more services per day and on all spa packages. The deposit

is non-refundable unless the cancellation is received within 24 hours.

Clients will be billed for all scheduled appointments not cancelled

within the appropriate notice. Upon making an appointment, new

clients are required to provide credit card details in order to secure

the appointment. A credit card is required to hold a spa day of

services.
